You are solely responsible for independently verifying a provider's in-network status with your insurance company before receiving services. We are not liable for any out-of-network charges or other fees you may incur. Authorization for Bill Negotiation: To use our Bill Negotiation service, you may be required to provide us with a written authorization (in a form we provide) that allows us to access your Health Information (PHI) and communicate with your providers and insurance on your behalf. You agree to cooperate and provide any necessary documentation. 4. We do not guarantee that your bill will be reduced by any amount, that we will be successful in negotiating, or that a provider will agree to any change.
